Growing up I hated carrots, courgettes, many more vegetables too. Not so long ago that I started understanding the importance of these. I still may not chew them raw but, preparing them in such simple steps made me love my veges.
1 large carrot
1 clove garlic
1/4 chilli cube
- Heat oil in pan to fry your neatly diced carrot sticks for about 45secs. Add finely chopped garlic and chilli cube, stir.
- Add evenly diced courgette strips, add salt and give a quick stir. Serve. Try it, Enjoy it, Share it.
